SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Bel Voglio, every order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please review the information below regarding processing, shipping, delivery timelines, and international orders.

MADE-TO-ORDER & PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Many Bel Voglio pieces are handcrafted exclusively for each client. 

If an item is listed as Made-to-Order or Pre-Order, the estimated production timeframe will be displayed on the product page. Orders will be dispatched within the stated production window. 

If you require your order for a specific event or date, please contact us at Belvoglio@belvoglio.com before placing your order. While we will always do our best to accommodate urgent requests, expedited production cannot be guaranteed. 

IN-STOCK ITEMS

Items marked In Stock are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched. 

United States 

  • 1–10 Business Days 

International 

  • 7–25 Business Days 

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

Some destinations, including certain countries in the Middle East and regions experiencing transportation or airspace restrictions, may experience longer transit times.

IMPORTANT ORDER INFORMATION

  • Orders containing Made-to-Order, Pre-Order, or special production items will ship once the stated production timeframe has been completed. 
  • If your order contains multiple items, shipment may be delayed until all items are ready for dispatch. 
  • Additional verification may occasionally be required before an order can be processed. Processing will begin once the requested information has been received. 
  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or updated. This includes changes to products, sizes, colors, billing information, or shipping addresses, as our fulfillment process begins immediately. 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost paid to Bel Voglio. 

As customs regulations vary by country, we strongly encourage customers to contact their local customs office prior to placing an order to understand any applicable charges. 

Please Note: 

  • Bel Voglio is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country. 
  • Bel Voglio is not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections, clearance procedures, or other customs-related issues. 
  • Refusal to pay customs duties or import charges does not qualify an order for cancellation or refund. 
  • If customs fees are refused, unpaid, or the shipment is abandoned, resulting in the parcel being returned to us, the order may be considered non-refundable. 
  • Any shipping, return shipping, customs, handling, storage, or administrative fees incurred as a result of refused customs charges will be deducted from any eligible refund. 
  • Customers will be responsible for all costs associated with returning and re-shipping the parcel. 
  • Any outstanding fees must be paid in full before the order can be re-shipped or any further requests can be processed. 

By placing an order with Bel Voglio, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to your shipment. 

DELIVERY ISSUES

Any delivery concerns, including lost, damaged, delayed, or missing parcels, must be reported to us within 7 days of the shipment date. 

Claims submitted after this period may limit our ability to investigate with the shipping carrier or provide assistance.

RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to Bel Voglio due to: 

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer 
  • Refusal of delivery 
  • Failure to pay customs duties or taxes 
  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts 

The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping, return shipping, handling, or storage fees incurred. 

These fees must be paid in full before the order can be re-shipped.
