RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: You must provide a valid email address at checkout to locate your order number.

Returns of items that have been tried on must be free of makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, pet hair, or any other stains. Items returned with stains and/or any final sale items will only be eligible for store credit.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, initiate an exchange request through our Return email Belvoglio@belvoglio.com and State return reason. You will be asked to provide:

• A brief description of the issue (defective, damaged, or wrong item)

• A clear image of the item and its care tag (located inside the garment)

Our team will review your request. If approved, you’ll receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• International orders (except orders shipped to Canada)

• Intimates & bodysuits

• All accessories

• All markdown or sale items

We also cannot accept returns on gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.


EXCHANGES

Only items that arrive damaged or incorrect are eligible for an exchange, and we can only exchange for the same style.


EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase.


REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 14 business days have passed since we received your return, please contact us at belvoglio@belvoglio.com.

For returns processed as store credit, a Belvoglio Gift Card will be issued once your item has been reviewed by our team and will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
